Healthcare & Life Sciences

Mission

The Life Sciences Forum (LSF) is designed to showcase groundbreaking research in the life sciences and healthcare. The LSF was founded in 2007 with the mission of creating a forum to discuss the latest innovations in biotechnology, synthetic biology, medical devices, diagnostics, and pharmaceuticals.

The forum is directed towards exploring the new scientific and business developments in the life science and healthcare space and offers opportunities for MIT alumni/ae interested in the Life Sciences to meet, network, learn and exchange thoughts and ideas. The LSF is intended for all: entrepreneurs, scientists and engineers, angel investors, venture capitalists, industry executives, and anyone with a passion for learning about biotechnology and the life sciences.
