Matthew Granade plays several critical roles at Point72 Asset Management, reflecting his expertise in finance, advanced analytics and technology.
As Chief Market Intelligence Officer, he oversees efforts to develop unique information assets for its investors and
directs the Firm’s central portfolio. He also serves as Managing Partner of Point72 Ventures, which funds early-stage companies in financial technology, artificial intelligence, cyber security and enterprise automation.
Before joining Point72 in 2015, Matthew co-founded Domino Data Lab, a data science platform that model-driven firms use to accelerate research, increase collaboration, and deliver high-impact models. Earlier in his career, Matthew served as Co-Head of Research for Bridgewater Associates.
Matthew earned his A.B. from Harvard College, where he was President of The Harvard Crimson, and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, where he was a George F. Baker Scholar.
