Come learn from MIT alumnus Dr. Robert Lustig: Professor emeritus in pediatric endocrinology at UCSF Medical School. His research and clinical practice has focused on childhood obesity and diabetes. He has written several best-selling books including: Fat Chance Cookbook, Hacking the American Mind, Metabolical: The Lure and the Lies of Processed Food, Nutrition, and Modern Medicine.
