The Anxiety Algorithms: Dealing with Stress in Times of Uncertainty
Apr 29 - Virtual Event

Part 1 of a multi part-series - The Anxiety Algorithm for Founders.

Adam Goldstein lived through many kinds of stresses while running Hipmunk, and has helped dozens of other founders deal with uncertainty and stress while working at Y Combinator.

Adam is the author of the Anxiety Algorithms, a series of essays written for technical founders and managers to deal better with the stress of their jobs. This talk and Q&A will focus on how thinking of anxiety as a series of specific algorithms can help founders feel less anxious and make better decisions.
