Patricia and David Lynn (SF02) are hosting a summer soiree at their home in Carmel Valley for MIT Alums and friends on 7/22. It is a celebration of the end of Covid and a chance to see old friends and to meet new ones. The venue will be outdoors from 4 to 9 pm. There will be a catered buffet dinner (including vegetarian offerings), refreshments (an assortment of soft drinks, local/regional wines from Monterey, beer and mixed drinks). We will have a live band playing a variety of music and thereafter a DJ. The sports area offers basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are over 120 acres of hiking trails in and around the house. The invitation is open to all MIT alums, including fellow Sloanies. The idea is to have fun in a beautiful, natural setting. Capacity is about 45 guests. We hope to see you there!
Please note only those who are registered will be allowed entry. The property is not prepared to have children or pets.
