Do you miss your yoga routine? Want to wind down after the long work (from home) day with some familiar MIT faces? This MIT10 Yoga Class will be a 45-minute all- levels flow. We’ll begin with a more vigorous vinyasa practice and then wind down for the evening with a slower flow and a long savasana.
This virtual yoga class will be hosted on Zoom by MIT alumna and yogi Taylor Rose ’16.
New to yoga but want to join in the fun with your fellow alums? No problem! This class will cater to all levels.
