Join to hear three fellow MIT alumni who work in the food and beverage industry discuss the current and future states of the industry, and the role MIT played in their career paths.
This event is good for anyone interested in looking at the food and beverage industry through an MIT lens, and for those MIT alumni who may be looking to make a career move into the industry.
The evening will include brief presentations by each of the three panelists, and will then move to a discussion about the current situation in the industry, where it will go from here, and the role MIT has played in each speaker's career. The event will also include Q&A with the audience.
The three panelists are:
- Ayr Muir: Co-founder and CEO of Clover Food Lab
- Jared Sadoian: General Manager at Craigie on Main and The Hawthorne, and named One of Boston's Best Bartenders by Thrillist
- Shayna Harris: Principal at Shayna Harris Consulting and former food industry executive
