Masala Bhangra® is an Indian-dance based cardio dance fitness class, designed for people of all ages and fitness levels who love to stay physically active. Specifically, it introduces high energy Bhangra and Bollywood dance movements in an easy-to-follow fitness format, and is a mechanism by which thousands of people have been moved, touched and inspired to become physically active. No dance experience necessary!
Master Trainer and MIT Alum Rizwan Dhanidina ‘99 Course 6, will be hosting an online class on Zoom on Thursday April 2 at 5:30PM PDT. Virtual doors open 10 minutes before class. Zoom link will be provided prior to event.
