Session 1: A Conversation with R. Erich Caulfield on Adaptive Leadership

Hear from R. Erich Caulfield SM '01, PhD '06, Founder and President of The Caulfield Consulting Group (TCCG), a New Orleans-based management consulting firm. Prior to founding TCCG, Erich served as a team led for the Obama White House's SC2 Initiative, a White House Fellow at the Domestic Policy Council, Chief Policy Advisor to Cory Booker when he was Mayor of Newark, NJ, and as an Associate at McKinsey & Company. As a student at MIT, Erich was elected president of the Graduate Student Council and later served as the 125th President of the MIT Alumni Association. He currently serves on the MIT Corporation (Board of Trustees). Erich earned an MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT and a BS in Physics and Mathematics from Morehouse College. Erich has been the recipient of the MIT Bronze Beaver Award and Karl Taylor Compton Prize.
