Empowering Health through AI: Transforming Chronic Care and Elevating Patient Experience.

Six in ten adults in the US live with a chronic disease and four in ten adults have two or more. Silicon Valley is home to a number of companies looking to improve how people manage chronic conditions and to drive down the cost burden to all. Let's talk to the companies creating the solutions and explore the impact they are having on care and costs.

We will focus this event on the use of AI and generative AI in particular to better manage patients with chronic disease and improve patient care, engagement and the overall patient experience.
