MITCNC Event
GLOW The Art of Light @ Exploratorium After Dark
Jan 18 - San Francisco

We have sold out of our group discounted tickets! If you wish to join the event, you can purchase your own ticket at the venue.  Contact the organizer to get the event’s details for meeting up with the group.

There’s nothing more “MIT” than a science museum!  So come experience GLOW The Art of Light at the SF Exploratorium After Dark Night along with their permanent exhibit collection.  Meet other MIT alums, nerd out over cool science displays, make new friends, and reconnect with old ones.

About After Dark:

“Meet us at Pier 15. No kids allowed—but you can still act like one. Unplug and play with 650+ interactive exhibits exploring science, art, and perception. Encounter the unexpected with programming that invites you into the worlds of the thinkers and creators changing our communities. Journey through total darkness in our twisting, turning, world-famous Tactile Dome. Get inquisitive and grab a drink. With 75,000 square feet of conversation starters, you'll never run out of things to talk about.”

About GLOW:

“Get curious about light this winter! Compose music with light, touch quantum physics, see yourself in mechanical mirrors, and more. Explore our galleries for luminous artworks big and small, including U.S. premieres.”  Catch this special science+art experience before it ends on Jan 28th.

Your ticket includes entry to the museum.  Food & drinks available for purchase on site.
