For ECs and alumni interested in becoming an MIT Educational Counselor – join us for brunch to reconnect with fellow ECs and to hear from an Admissions Officer on the latest for the upcoming cycle!
Cost – FREE, but please only register for brunch if certain about attending. The brunch is generously sponsored by an MIT alumnus.
Following the brunch is the MIT information event for high school students. This year, in addition to the main presentation, we will have subject-specific breakout sessions for the students to learn more about different aspects of MIT. Please help make this information event a success by volunteering to answer questions from the students or just by attending.
Subject-specific breakout sessions include:
- Acing your interview
- Visiting campus
- First year at MIT
- Research & UROP
- Clubs, activities, and athletics
- Cross registration options
- Global education (MISTI, etc.)
- Perspectives from parents of MIT students
Children of alumni are welcome to register for the Central Meeting information event. Please contact Patricia Liu (firstname.lastname@example.org) for the registration link. Information on Volunteering as an MIT Educational Counselor – link.
