Naomi Bagdonas
Naomi Bagdonas is a Stanford Lecturer, an executive adviser and coach, and a media and strategy consultant versed in human perceptions and the science of humor.
As a Lecturer at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and Executive Education programs, Naomi teaches courses focused on unlocking Humor and Purpose in leaders and organizations. She was nominated by students for the 2018 Amplifier Award, which recognizes faculty who provide broad and inclusive perspectives that prepare students to lead effectively in their jobs and communities.
As a facilitator and designer, Naomi leads executive workshops for the boards and leadership teams of startups to Fortune 100 companies to authentically infuse humor into their style.. She specializes in the art and science of designing strategic conversations that create real impact, and she brings over ten years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, and executive coaching across a range of industries.
In addition to her corporate work, Naomi enjoys collaborating on improv and sketch comedy, volunteer teaching with the inmates at SF’s County Jail #1 (https://bit.ly/2JmMcPu), and fostering a sweet pitbull named Panda, who silently judges her.
