Career Development Series - Are you promoting your past or your potential?
Apr 27 - Virtual Event

April event: Are you promoting your past or your potential?

Author, TED speaker, and Potentialist, Joanna Bloor is known for saying, “Every decision about you and your opportunities is made in a room you’re not in. And the people in that room choose based on their perception of your potential, not your past. So what are you teaching them?”

Join us as we learn how to teach others about our potential through the most unexpected character to use as a model for career advancement, Cinderella. And in doing so create your own “Happily Ever After”

Joanna has transformed thousands of lives as a career futurist. A former Silicon Valley executive, and trusted advisor to leaders worldwide, she offers talks with practical insights for leading in the modern workplace—and brings her framework to life by examining a misunderstood and underestimated fairy tale ingenue.

“If you want to create a great future for yourself, stop telling the story of your past and start telling the story of your potential—the story of what you can do and want to be wanted for.”  - Joanna Bloor.
