Last updated March 7, 2010 The International Science and Engineering Fair was founded in 1950 to create a national science fair for high school (grades 9-12) students. Since 1998, the fair has been sponsored by Intel. The annual competition is held in May, and includes participants from all 50 states and 40 other countries. The 2010 Intel SEF will be held May 9-15, 2010 in San Jose, and needs judges, particularly those with advanced degrees. Judges are expected to participate on two days
