Volunteers and Event Officers.

We have two user access levels, MITEventVolunteer and MITEventOfficer.

Club Volunteers (MITEventVolunteer) have access to calendar, event registration form and reporting.
Club Officers (MITEventManager) have access to full website including the CMS and the database.

There are two categories of events
1) Events where the attendee list and registration will be managed by Kintera (PDF of instructions)
2) Events where the attendee list will be managed by a third party (PDF of instructions)

Quick-start instructions on how to create a registration form and then add it to the calendar can be found here.
Instructions on how to add an entry to the calendar can be found here.

Please send an email to moji1993@alum.mit.edu and javed@alum.mit.edu  after creating the registration form and entry on the calendar so that it can then be added to the home page.

This will be an evolving document and officers are encouraged to add new instructions and edit current instructions to make it clearer. Kintera offers alot of functionality and it would be good to make as much of it is possible.
