Aether Wire & Location, a pre-IPO company developing UWB (Ultra-Wideband) technology, is opening a silicon valley product development office. We are developing small, low cost, low power transceivers using our proprietary chipsets and technology. These transceivers form mobile, low power communications networks with precise 3D position for each of the network nodes. We are migrating our pager-sized prototypes to a single-chip, coin-sized transceiver. Early applications include personnel and asset tracking. ENVIRON International Corporation is a 300-person health and environmental consulting firm with offices throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia.
